This site is published by Mélanie Suberchicot, a self-employed worker based in Montreal. “Lume Agence” is the name under which the site is published. Using it constitutes acceptance of these terms. This is a translation; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

All elements of the site — text, images, mockups, project screenshots, visual identity, code and structure — are protected by the Copyright Act. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Booking an appointment
Booking a call through Google Calendar is not a contractual commitment. It is only meant to arrange a preliminary conversation. The terms of a contract are set out in a separate service proposal.

The site is provided as is. No guarantee is given as to its continuous availability or the absence of errors. Except in the case of gross or intentional fault, no liability can be incurred for indirect damage resulting from access to the site or the inability to access it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Quebec. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Province of Quebec.
