Website redesign in Montreal

I handle the redesign of your website, from the audit to launching it on Webflow. Before redoing anything, I look at what already works, so we can keep it. Sometimes reworking a few pages is enough.

Who I work with

Businesses whose offer has changed, but not their website. Sites where visitors can’t find what they’re looking for. And teams that need a developer to change the smallest piece of text.

What you get

In concrete terms, at the end of the project.

  1. 01An audit of your current site: content, journeys, most-visited pages
  2. 02A new page structure
  3. 03Figma mockups of the reworked pages
  4. 04The site rebuilt in Webflow, or recommendations you can apply in your current tool
  5. 05A redirect plan, page by page

How we work

5 steps

You approve each step before I move on to the next.

  1. 01

    First call

You tell me about your business and your clients, we see whether we’re a good fit, then I send you a detailed estimate.

  2. 02

    Audit

I start by looking at what already works: the most-visited pages, the Google searches that bring you visitors, the questions your clients often ask.

  3. 03

    New structure

We rework the site’s organization together. Pages that get visits keep their address, or I redirect them one by one to their new page.

  4. 04Figma, Webflow

    Design and rebuild

I design the new pages in Figma. Once you’ve approved them, I rebuild the site in Webflow.

  5. 05

    Launch

I test every redirect before and after launch. Your visitors find their pages again, and so does Google.

Frequently asked questions

The questions I hear most often on a first call, with short answers.

5 questions
01

When should you redesign your website?

When it no longer explains what you do, when it’s slow on mobile, or when every change becomes complicated. I also look at whether your clients keep asking the same questions by email, or whether contact requests are dropping. Sometimes a partial redesign is enough, and I’d rather tell you on the first call.

02

Will I lose my search rankings?

No, if the redesign is well prepared. Before touching the site, I identify the pages that get visits. They keep their address, or I redirect them one by one to their new page. Then I test each redirect, before and after launch.

03

Can we keep the current content?

Yes, in whole or in part. We sort through together what to keep, what to rewrite and what to remove. I start from what already works: the most-visited pages and the copy your clients actually read. I don’t delete anything without your approval.

04

Does everything have to be rebuilt?

No. Sometimes reworking the page structure and a few screens is enough. For a Quebec food content platform with 92,000 followers, I delivered a redesign plan that could be applied to the existing site, without rebuilding everything. After the audit, we decide together what is worth redoing.

How much does a website cost in Montreal?

In Quebec, a brochure website usually costs between $2,000 and $10,000, and an online store between $6,000 and $25,000. The price depends mainly on the number of pages, the features and the content to create. I send you a detailed estimate after a first call.
